20 years of experience in the implementation of large development projects in various industries: Telecommunications, Utilities, Media, and Insurance. For me, as a long-time experienced SAP consultant (SAP experience since 2002), it is important to combine the tasks of consulting and development within my services. My expertise in SAP customizing and SAP technology enables me to implement customer requirements in projects. In addition to relevant SAP development/consulting services, I also provide core business process management and monitoring to ensure quality of business services, automation, and simplification of software testing. Other key technology skills: PMP and PRINCE2 methods for project management, BI for media, ITIL service management as a team leader for a team of consultants and developers as a software solution architect and IT service management (ITIL V3) in implementation, testing, and training projects.
